Q- What is the minimum value to order products?
Ans. The minimum order value is INR 200 to order from our site.
Q- How much do I have to pay for Shipping?
Ans. Shipping charge of INR49 is applied if your order value is below INR 499
FREE SHIPPING is available on order value above INR 499
Q- How much time will it take to deliver my order?
Ans. The time of delivery depends on the customer address or pin code. Usually it takes between 0-7 days from nearest to farthest delivery location.
Q- Is my location/pin code serviceable to delivery?
Ans. You can check your location serviceability by entering your pin code in the product page. We deliver orders to more than 26000 pin codes. We have partnered with the best courier partners in India.
Q- Is my order or item returnable?
Ans. No, the orders and items are NON-RETURNABLE due to its perishability and food shelf life.However, if the Products are delivered in damaged condition, expired or wrong are eligible for returns and can be exchanged or refunded if it is informed within 2 days of delivery.
Q- If I cancel or not receive my order, will I receive a refund and when?
Ans. Yes you will receive the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days from the cancellation of your order OR within 2-3 business days after receiving the return.
If the courier is unable to deliver the order to your address, refund will be processed immediately.
