Refund and Returns Policy

We enable customers to order from any part of India. Our products can be ordered from more than 26000 pincodes of India. We have partnered with the best courier partners in India to deliver at customer’s doorsteps.

We provide FREE SHIPPING on orders above INR 499

A Shipping charge of INR49 is applied on order value of INR 499 and below

The time of delivery depends on the customer address, location and pin code. Usually it takes between 0-7 days from nearest to farthest delivery location.

Returns

All the products available at Bonncart are NON-RETURNABLE due to its perishability and food shelf life.

However, if the Products are delivered in damaged condition or are expired or wrong are eligible for returns and can be exchanged or refunded if it is informed within 2 days of delivery.

Cancellation

Customers are allowed to cancel orders after placing. However, Once the order is shipped, customers cannot cancel the order.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days from the cancellation of order OR within 2-3 business days after receiving the return order at our warehouse.
If the courier is unable to deliver the order to the customer’s address, refund will be processed immediately.
